Bankability lives in the details that connect a product promise to delivery, measurement, certification and remedies when conditions change.

Define the product in use

An offtake agreement needs more than a volume headline. Delivery point, pressure, purity, timing, measurement and certification can all change the value of the product. Writing those terms in operational language makes it easier for technical and commercial teams to test the same proposal.

Price must meet the operating reality

A floor price, index or adjustment formula only helps when the inputs can be measured and the parties know when they apply. The contract should make electricity, transport, certification and quality assumptions visible enough for a reader to understand what is fixed and what moves.

Durability comes from credible remedies

Projects face delays, outages, rule changes and demand shifts. Clear notice periods, tolerances, replacement supply and review dates create a path through those events. The strongest agreements do not hide uncertainty; they give each party a way to respond without losing the product definition.
